I have been working out a lot mostly running though. I do some HIIT sometimes and I sometimes hit the gym and weights. But I dont know if thats enough for muscle gain I dont do it every day. So did I gain 4 pounds of muscle I usually weigh 125130 and I weighed myself today and I am 134.

Im a girl so im not 100 sure about what a guy should or shouldnt but my suggestion is to count calories and try to see how much you are eating in a day. Dont eat too many protein bars at one time and maybe drink 12 of each protein shake because it seems like youre drinking quite a bit of them.
