HelloHeres my stats Male 27 yrs old 510 204lbsTarget Goal 175lbs Good ConditioningCardio Lean Muscle Right now my diet is good in the morning and not bad for lunch and supper.
In the morning I drink 3 glasses of waterEat 12 cup of rolled oats with small handful of unsalted mixed nuts w dried fruit and a small dash of honey and somtimes I add a 12 full cup of berriesWorkout 250 calories on elliptical doing 7 mins warm up about 17 mins HIIT and 5 mins steady pace and 5 mins cool down I am doing this to get some weight off and blood pumping before I get into a more intense routine of weights and body weight excercisesSnack protein shake 1 scoop of protein powder 1 cup of almond milk or water and 12 or 1 cup of fruitLunch is where I lose ideas for food I have been eating 1 cup and a bit of raw brocolli and a protein shake just like above or some soup but i just lose ideas and i feel im destroying my diet.
Supper I ussually eat a whole meal lean meat load of veggies mostly steamed or boiled and potatoes or rice and if im eating at someones house i ussually just eat whatever they have but watch how much i injest if im not suresnack I might have some fruit or another shake or some homemade protein bars i made or whatevers around that seems somewhat healthy or sometimes nothing at allThe reason I have no problem in the morning or eating veggies is bc they are so easy and quick to prepare and eat I would like to introduce more beans into my diet as well and I also have access to allot of wild game like moose can anyone help me out with some suggestions for good easy to make diet foods and meals am I missing something in my diet of importance am I eating enough Is my eating behavior okay for weight loss Ive tried the calorie counter thing and seem to do okay then i screw up because I dont really know how to add some things in then it tells me Im missing essential just want to find a diet plan that works for me so I dont have to think about it I have been following scooby1961 on youtube and watching for ideas but I dont really like the food choices I dont find them easy to make so if anyone can give me some pointers I would be VERY greatful.

Im a girl so im not 100 sure about what a guy should or shouldnt but my suggestion is to count calories and try to see how much you are eating in a day. Dont eat too many protein bars at one time and maybe drink 12 of each protein shake because it seems like youre drinking quite a bit of them. Have you heard of green smoothies you can youtube it for yeah ive even youtubed scooby1961. Hes got some great info about health. Another great youtube channel is ToneItUp. They are girls but the diet info also can suit you could try P90X its kinda pricey but gives you great results at least thats what my friends say who have done it.
You could be the healthiest eater and STILL have nutritional deficiencies theres a number of different reasons why. I get iron infusions twice a year and vitamin B12 injections every month so does justin bieber and angelina jolie and thats helped me curb my appetite. At least take a vitamin Bcomplex supplement its a multivitamin with JUST the vitamin like vitamin B12 B5 B6 B3. Also drink enough water. Studies have shown that often when we think we are hungry we are actually thirsty. Last but not least make sure youre moving around all day.
So if you workout in the mornings go for the walk in the afternoon or if you workout in the eveningafternoon go for a morning walk so that your body speeds up the metabolism.
